You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Services and Fees

LawPilot provides a platform for Users to book consultations with Legal Professionals. The fees for consultations are clearly displayed on our website.

Payment must be made in advance to book a consultation. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy or required by law.

We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. Any fee changes will be posted on our website and will apply to future consultations.

Consultations

Consultations are scheduled for a fixed duration as specified at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to attend the consultation at the scheduled time.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your payment.

The Legal Professional reserves the right to end a consultation if they determine that they cannot provide appropriate advice or if the User's behavior is inappropriate or abusive.
